Kath Soucie

Kath Soucie is a voice actor, perhaps best known as the voice of the twins Phil and Lil DeVille in the animated series Rugrats (and its subsequent spinoff All Grown Up!).

She also provided her vocal talents in the SatAM version of the Sonic the Hedgehog TV series as the voice of Princess Sally (as well as the voice of her handheld computer, "Nicole"), a role which bears significance because Soucie played Sally with her natural voice rather than using a "trick voice" or "false voice" like she did when voicing Phil & Lil. Two other roles played with her normal voice were Lola Bunny in Space Jam, and Morgana Macawber on Darkwing Duck.

Her gruffy boy voice has also been used on series such as As Told By Ginger (as Courtney Gripling's younger brother Blake) and Baby Blues (on that show, the Bitterman kids sounded like the DeVille twins).

Soucie is also the voice of the title character in the dubbed anime, Shin-chan, although, despite regular screenings in the United Kingdom, this show has yet to air in North America.
