Kayser-Fleischer ring

Kayser-Fleisher rings are pigmented rings in the cornea, resulting from copper deposition in Descemet's membrane . They are usually greenish yellow, encircling the whole cornea.
Kayser-Fleisher rings are a symptom of Wilson's disease, which involves abnormal copper accumulation in the body.
