Kelly Kisio
Kelly Kisio (born September 18, 1959) is a former professional hochey player. Born in Wetaskiwin, Alberta, he is currently the General Manager and Co-coach of the Calgary Hitmen.
Kisio played 761 games in the National Hockey League. He played for the Detroit Red Wings, New York Rangers, San Jose Sharks, and the Calgary Flames. He captained the Rangers for three and a half years.
Kisio ended his playing career with the Calgary Flames in 1995. He then joined the Flames scouting staff. For the 1998-99 season, he was named the General Manager of the Calgary Hitmen, who are owned by the Flames. With Kisio as GM, the Hitmen have made the playoff every year, won two central division titles, and won the Western Hockey League title 1999.
Kisio and his wife Linda have three children: Brent, Kurtis, and Kristina.
