Kenny Perry
Kenny Perry (born August 10, 1960 in Elizabethtown, Kentucky) is an American professional golfer.
Perry attended Western Kentucky University and turned professional in 1982. His career developed slowly but steadily. He didn't become a member of the PGA TOUR until 1987, and in his first few seasons he found it a struggle to retain this status, but he attained his first win in 1991 at the prestigious Memorial Tournament. Two more wins followed in the mid 1990s, and another in 2001, but Perry's best season by far came in 2003, the year he turned 43, when he picked up three victories. He was in the top 10 of the Official World Golf Rankings for a short time. Perry picked up his eighth win on tour at the 2005 Bay Hill Invitational.
