Kim Walker

Kimberly Anne Walker (June 19,1968March 6,2001) was a New York-born actress.

Probably her best-known role was that of Heather Chandler in the film Heathers. During the filming, her costar Christian Slater broke up with her and began dating Winona Ryder instead, an ironic echo of the film. The saddest element of art imitating life, however, was that one of Heather Chandler's best-known sneering lines was "Did you have a brain tumor for breakfast?" Years later, Walker developed a brain tumor (malignant glioma, as mentioned on her death certificate) and died at home on the morning of March 6, 2001, at the age of 32.

She was buried in Syosset, New York.
