Chisinau International Airport

Chişinău International Airport is an smaller airport in Chişinău, Moldova in Eastern Europe. The airport's capacity of passengers is more than 1000 passengers per hour, or 8,800,000 per year.
Only few airlines serve Chişinău. Flights several times a week are available to Bucuresti, Budapest, Istanbul, Kiev, Prague, Timisoara and Vienna.
Airlines serving Chişinău are Air Moldova, Moldavian Airlines, Austrian Airlines, Carpatair, TAROM and Turkish Airlines.
Following reconstruction and opening in 2000 it became a modern airport in Europe and in the Commonwealth of Independent States.
