Krste Misirkov
Krste Petkov Misirkov (18 November 1874-26 July 1926) was a Macedonian philologist and publicist.
Misirkov was one of the most prominent Macedonians of the 19th century and the 20th century. In 1903 he published the book Za Makedonckite Raboti (On Macedonian Matters ) in which he laid down the principles of the literary Macedonian language.
