Léopold Simoneau
Léopold Simoneau (born May 3, 1916) is a Canadian tenor.
Born in St. Plavien, Quebec , Simoneau attended Levis College and Laval University.
In 1971 he was made an Officer of the Order of Canada and was promoted to Companion in 1995.
In 1946 he married Pierrette Alarie, a soprano and also an Officer of the Order of Canada.
