Lance Carter
Lance Carter (born December 18, 1974 in Bradenton, Florida) is a relief pitcher in Major League Baseball who plays for the Toronto Blue Jays (2002-present). Previously, Carter played with the Kansas City Royals (1999). He bats and throws right handed.
