Leonard Harold Claydon (born December 31, 1915 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, died 1971) was a politician in Manitoba, Canada. He served in the Manitoba legislature as a Progressive Conservative from 1969 until his death.

Claydon was educated at Winnipeg public schools and St. Johns College. He worked as a merchant and technician, and served in the Royal Canadian Air Force from 1940 to 1946, reaching the rank of Flight Lieutenant. He served as an alderman in the city of Winnipeg from 1961 to 1970, and was actively involved in co-ordinating the city's train services.

In early 1969, Claydon won a by-election for the Manitoba legislature in the riding of Wolseley, following the resignation of former Premier Dufferin Roblin. He was re-elected in the general election of 1969, but died two years later.
