Professor Limberg Chero Ballena has used his profession to investigate relationship between tradition and learning process. His initiative and trust in Monsefú took him to create the Cultural Typical Fair of Exhibitions from Monsefú - FEXTICUM (acronym in spanish)- where in fact, the cultural values of his town are kept with pride and commitment, an unique social phenomenon in Peru that has originated numerous studies and publications at worldwide level. Professor Limberg Chero continues contributing with constant innovations to the Fair, with a constructive spirit and always thinking of the development of its city. So, with reason of the 31st FEXTICUM he gave to the Municipality of his city the XXXI FEXTICUM PROJECT, where he establish the theoretical bases to adapt the Fair to changes of the 21st century without transforming the essence of their origin.
