The following is a list of stations on the Buffalo Metro Rail, a transit system in Buffalo, New York from north to south:

  • University -- The University at Buffalo (South Campus) and a major bus transfer point.
  • La Salle -- Shoshone Park.
  • Amherst Street -- Buffalo Zoo.
  • Humboldt-Hospital -- Humboldt Parkway and Sisters Hospital
  • Delevan -- Canisius College, Medaille College.
  • Utica -- Childrens Hospital.
  • Summer-Best -- Theodore Roosevelt Memorial, Kleinhans Music Hall.
  • Allen-Medical Campus -- Buffalo General Hospital and Roswell Park Research Hospital.
  • Theater -- Theater and cinema.
  • Fountain Plaza -- Downtown business district, federal offices.
  • Lafayette Square -- Downtown business district, city offices, restaurants and nightclubs.
  • Church -- Downtown business district, County offices
  • Seneca -- Downtown business district and Dunn Tire Park, the baseball stadium.
  • Erie Canal-Harbor -- Naval Park exhibits, Boat Harbor.
  • Special Events (part-time) HSBC Arena.

The stations from University south to Allen-Medical Campus are underground, with trains boarded at high platforms. The stations from Theater south to Special Events are at street level with low-level boarding platforms. Travel in the street-level section is free.
