LivingTV

(Redirected from Living TV)

LIVINGtv is a British television channel owned by Flextech. Originally Launched as UK Living and loosely affiliated with UK Gold, the channel changed its name to LivingTV in 1997, later adopting the present capitalisation, to dissassociate itself from the UKTV network that launched that year.

The channel's programming is aimed mainly at women but is increasing its reach in a bid to become "the 6th Channel".

In 2001, LIVINGtv launched a whole new genre of paranormal programming with such shows as Crossing Over with John Edward, 6ixth Sense with Colin Fry, Jane Goldman Investigates, I'm Famous and Frightened! and Most Haunted, which continues to be a ratings winner.

Notable US imports include Charmed, Will & Grace, Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, Joan of Arcadia and The L Word.
