Louis Le Prince
Louis Le Prince, born in Metz, France in 1842.
He grew up visiting the studio of his father's friend, the photographer Louis Deguerre . After marriage, he moved to Leeds, England and developed a camera for taking the first moving pictures, which filmed, of Leeds Bridge , in 1888.
In 1890, he boarded a train from Dijon to Paris but disappeared en route.
