Luke Moore
Luke Moore (born February 13, 1986 in Birmingham, England) is an English football player who currently plays for Aston Villa F.C. as a forward.
The brother of fellow Villa striker Stefan, he was a crucial part of the F.A. Youth Cup winning team of 2002. On December 12, 2003 he was loaned to Wycombe Wanderers F.C., making his debut in a 1-1 draw against Notts County F.C. on the following day, December 13. He only had to wait until his next game, against A.F.C. Bournemouth to score his debut goal in a 2-0 victory.
Upon his return to Aston Villa, he benefited from an ankle injury to his brother in order to make his debut, as a substitute in a 2-2 draw against Birmingham City F.C..
He has been quoted by some Everton F.C.-based media sources as being a "better prospect than Wayne Rooney".
