Marg Downey

Marg Downey is an Australian comedian.

Downey's television appearances are generally in the role of an authority figure or a professional woman, often with a slightly unusual personality, such as the relationship-counsellor role she has featured in on the sitcom "Kath and Kim".

Downey has also appeared in sketch comedy series such as "Fast Forward" and "Full Frontal". In these, she was famous for her portrayal of a news anchor as well as her impression of current affairs host Jana Wendt.
