Mark Udall


Mark E. Udall (born July 18 1950), American politician, has been a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives since 1999, representing the 2nd District of Colorado (map). He was born in Tucson, Arizona, the son of Morris K. Udall, Arizona Representative and candidate for the Democratic Presidential nomination. He was educated at Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts and was executive director of Colorado Outward Bound School and a member of the Colorado House of Representatives before entering the House. He is a cousin of Representative Tom Udall of New Mexico and nephew of former Interior Secretary Stewart Udall.
