While some consider May Kay's offers of "unlimited earning potential," to be indicators that it is a multi-level marketing scheme, a degree of success does exist for some, but this varies with the skills and persistence of individual consultants.
Mary Kay Ash founded Mary Kay, Inc in 1963, and she died November 22, 2001.
