Maximus Inc is a US company
Maximus is the fragment of the name of a governor of Britannia Inferior, a province of Roman Britain probably around AD 225. Little else is known of him save that he restored a granary at Great Chesters
In English Change Ringing, Maximus is a term that refers to a method rung on Twelve bells. The Maximus group of methods is generally restricted to Cathedrals, since only a couple of parish churches in the United Kingdom are fitted with twelve bells. The Quex Park Waterloo Tower is the only non-religious tower in the country fitted with a peal of twelve bells.
