Maylands, South Australia
Maylands is a suburb in the state of South Australia approximately 5km east of the state's capital Adelaide. Maylands is in the Local Government area of the City of Norwood Payneham St Peters.
It consists of mostly medium density residential property, many of the houses were built in the late 1800's and early 1900's. It is currently undergoing the process of gentrification. Notable landmarks include the Maylands Hotel.
