Med Revue

The UNSW Med Revue is a revue held annually at the University of New South Wales. The first Med Revue was in 1975 by a group of students from the UNSW Medical Students Society. This makes Med Revue the longest running revue at UNSW, the next longest being Law Revue which has been running annually since 1976. Although originally intended to be a show put on by medicine students, the cast is now comprised of a majority of non-medicine students (14 of the 51 cast members were medicine students in 2004), with even fewer medicine students in non-cast roles. Part of the proceeds of each show are given to a charity such as the Red Cross or Meningitis Centre. It is one of UNSW's 3 revues, the other 2 being Law Revue and CSE Revue . (See also: UNSW Revues)
