MegaMan NT Warrior, known as Rockman EXE (Rokkuman EGEZE) in the original Japanese, is an anime and manga series about the Mega Man Battle Network/RockMan EXE series.

The manga is made by Ryo Takamisaki. The manga in Japan is serialized in Shogakukan's Coro Coro Comics . The anime in Japan is aired on TV Tokyo. The manga is published in English by Viz Communications and retains its right to left format. The anime, licensed by ShoPro Entertainment, has been released on TV by Kids WB.

In the American anime release, Some of the names were changed for edit reasons (names such as "Fire", "Bomb", and "Napalm" were considered inappropriate for younger viewers), and the rest were changed for unknown reasons. Also several episodes were not shown on the air at first, while few were merged together or not dubbed at all for unknown reasons. The show is slated to be released on DVD, but in edited format only. The English manga names match the English anime names. On October 2003, Rockman Axess aired on TV Tokyo. The sequel, Rockman Stream, aired on October 2004.

The protagonist of seasons one and two is Lan Hikari (Net Hikari in the Japanese version), who uses MegaMan (RockMan) to destroy computer viruses. Other principal characters include Lan's friends, Maylu (Mail Sakurai) and her navi Roll, Dex (Dekao Ōyama) and his navi Gutsman, Yai (Yaito Ayanokōji) and her navi Glyde, and Lan's perceived rival, Chaud Blaze (Enzan Ijūin) and his navi Protoman (Blues).
