M.E.G.O. is an acronym for "My Eyes Glazeth Over" - jargon used by programmers to describe their mental / physical state when called upon to assimilate too much information too quickly, or are forced to politely listen to an excrutiatingly detailed discourse on some subject they consider irrelevant. Example: "I was driven to MEGO" said Jane in reference to Dick's human resources presentation at the Monday morning staff meeting.
Mego is also the name for the Mego Corporation that produced action figure toys during the 1970s and early 1980s.
