Memphis College of Art
The Memphis College of Art, known as the Memphis Academy of Arts before the 1980s, is a small, private art college in Memphis, Tennessee's Overton Park. It offers both a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Master of Fine Arts degree in visual arts. It was founded in 1936.
Memphis College of Art averages around 300 students each year, with 250 being undergraduate and 50 being graduate students. It is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and National Association of Schools of Art and Design .
