Michael Argyle
His Honour Michael Argyle QC MC (31 August 1915 - 4 January 1999) was a judge at the Central Criminal Court of the United Kingdom from 1970 to 1988. Educated in law at Trinity College, Cambridge, he rose to fame defending Ronnie Biggs in his trial for the Great Train Robbery.
However, he is perhaps best remembered for presiding over the infamous Oz trial.
