Millionaires' Mile
Millionaires' Mile also written Millionaire's Mile and sometimes called Millionaires' Row is an informal name given to exclusive residential neighbourhoods, often along one scenic strip such as a riverside or hilltop drive, or a wide city boulevard.
Millionaires' Miles are characterized by the presence of great houses in varying architectural styles, depending on the location these may be mansions, townhouses, esoteric modern creations or other imposing designs.
There are well known Millionaires' Miles in New York City (along Fifth Avenue), in Hollywood, in Newport, Rhode Island and in Cape Town.
