Morph (comics)

Morph is a comic book superhero in the Marvel Comics universe. He is a mutant shapeshifter. "Morph" is the name given in several alternate continuities to the character Changeling. Those continuities include the X-Men animated series, the Age of Apocalypse and the multiverse-hopping Exiles.

In X-Men: The Animated Series, Morph was a member of the X-Men who was apparently killed in the first episode by Sentinels. He reappeared in the second season as a recurring villain who was driven steadily mad by his memories of his death; he was eventually revealed to have been cloned by Mister Sinister. He was voiced by Ron Rubin .

In the Age of Apocalypse, Morph was, like his normal Marvel Universe counterpart, an early recruit of the X-Men, but in this reality he did not die while impersonating Professor X, because in the Age of Apocalypse, Xavier died before the X-Men were ever founded.

In the Exiles series, Morph is a hero from a parallel world who was a member of not only the X-Men but also the Avengers.
