Moss Icon

Moss Icon was a Baltimore, Maryland rock band from 1986 to 1991. The original members were Jonathan Vance , Tonie Joy , Monica DiGialleonardo , and Mark Laurence . The band reformed in 1999.

Moss Icon recorded their debut 7" in January 1988 and entered the studio on approximately four other occasions to record their second 7", Mahpuia Luta. Their first full-length album which was released in mid-1994 by Vermiform and is self titled. Recorded by Les Lentz, Mixed by Tony French at Hat Factory, Baltimore in 1992. The follow up 7" was titled Memorial.

Vance, Laurence, Tim Horner , Zak Fusciello and Alex Badertscher later started a band called Breathing Walker.
