Motor magazine
Motor, originally The Motor, was an automotive magazine published in the UK between 1904 and 1988. It was absorbed into Autocar magazine that year.
The name is still used on an unrelated magazine, also about cars. Australia's Motor magazine was originally Modern Motor, the former word connecting it with its first publishing company. However, colloquially it was called 'Motor', and it formally adopted this title in the late 1990s.
