Mr. Skullhead
Mr. Skullhead is a character from the animated television series Tiny Toon Adventures and Animaniacs. He was inspired by Tiny Toons' animal-(over)loving Elmyra Duff, who wears a bow in her hair with a tiny skull in the center.
Mr. Skullhead later appeared on Animaniacs as a minor character, featured in the "Good Idea/Bad Idea" segments and starring in a full-length cartoon, "Skullhead Boneyhands," a parody of the Tim Burton film Edward Scissorhands.
