Murbella
Murbella, the Honored Matre that appears in Frank Herbert's Chapterhouse became an asset to, and later a member of, the Bene Gesserit in captivity. It should be noted that, although she was not the central character focus of the novel, she was instrumental in plot and character development in both Heretics and Chapterhouse. Her training as a young Honored Matre (the Bene Gesserit's Arch-Nemeses) and re-training as a Bene Gesserit in captivity of the Mother Superior Odrade, as well as her relationship to the re-awakened Ghola Imprinter Duncan Idaho is a strong subplot in Chapterhouse.
