Naseby
Naseby is a village in Northamptonshire, England, with a population of around 500. The nearest town to Naseby is Market Harborough, roughly 7 miles (11 km) to the northeast.
A famous battle of the English Civil War, the Battle of Naseby, took place a few miles from the village in 1645. The site of this battle, Naseby Field, lies about 1.5 miles north of the village.
The village boasts a small Battle of Naseby museum.

A British warship was named the Naseby in honor of the battle; it was later (after the change of government) renamed the Royal Charles
