Neufchâteau
Neufchâteau (Walloon: Li Tchestea) is a municipality located in the central part of the Belgian province of Luxembourg.
On January 1st, 2004 Neufchâteau had a total population of 6,366 (3,115 males and 3,251 females). The total area is 113.79 km² which gives a population density of 55.94 inhabitants per km².

Buetween 1795 and 1815, it was the chief town of the old French département of Forêts.
