Never Cry Wolf
Never Cry Wolf is a book by Canadian author Farley Mowat, published in 1963. It was adapted into a moderately successful movie of the same name in 1983 by director Carroll Ballard , starring Charles Martin Smith, Brian Dennehy, and Zachary Ittimangnaq.
It details Mowat's research into the nature of the North American wolf; the book is credited for contributing to the dramatic change in the public image of the species in the 20th century.
