NHR is also second overall in driver wins. The team has had many notable drivers over the years, including Mario Andretti, Michael Andretti, Nigel Mansell, Paul Tracy, Christian Fittipaldi, and Cristiano da Matta.

As of 2005, Newman/Haas is fielding two cars in the Champ Car World Series. The drivers are Bruno Junqueira and Sebastien Bourdais.
