No. 201 Squadron of the Royal Air Force is one of three operational RAF squadrons operating the Nimrod MR2, based at RAF Kinloss, Moray.

History
Despite its high squadron number, 201 Squadron is one of the oldest squadrons in the RAF. It was formed as No 1 Squadron of the RNAS in October 1914, only being renumbered 201 on the formation of the RAF on 1 April 1918.
