Nordisk familjebok
Nordisk familjebok is a Swedish encyclopedia, published between 1876 and 1957. The first edition was published in 20 volumes between 1876 and 1899. The second edition, popularly known as Uggleupplagan ("The Owl Edition") because it had an owl on the cover, was published in 38 volumes between 1904 and 1926. The second edition is the most comprehensive encyclopedia ever published in Sweden. Two more editions were published before 1957.
