Ogopogo
Ogopogo is the name given to reputed lake monsters which dwell in Lake Okanagan, British Columbia, Canada.
Its most likely identity, if it exists, according to the noted British zoologist Dr. Karl Shuker, is that of a surviving species of Zeuglodon, a primitive serpentine whale. Sightings tend to suggest that the Lake Okanagan beasts are of the 'many hump' variety, rather than the 'long neck' type.
"Ogopogo" is also the name given to a few dragon-like monsters in various role-playing games and other fantasy settings.
