Om Puri (born 18 October 1950) is an Indian actor. He was born at Ambala , Punjab, India. In 2005, he was awarded the Order of the British Empire.

Biography

Known to be a prolific character actor, Puri has acted in over 100 movies, both Indian as well as non-Indian--including American and British.
