Oshawa (electoral district)

Oshawa is a federal and provincial electoral district in Ontario, Canada.

Federal riding

Created in 1966 from Ontario , it consists of the southern and eastern parts of the City of Oshawa, Ontario including the communities of Kedron and Taunton and the eastern part of North Oshawa . It has a population of 113,662 and an area of 74 sq. km. Politically, it's a 3-way split between the New Democratic Party, the Liberal Party of Canada and the Conservative Party of Canada. It was known as Oshawa—Whitby from 1967 to 1976.
