Ota, Tokyo

Ōta (Japanese: 大田区; -ku) is a special ward located in Tokyo, Japan.
As of 2003, the ward has an estimated population of 661,157 and a density of 11,119.36 persons per km². The total area is 59.46 km².
The ward was founded on March 15, 1947 merging the old wards of Ōmori and Kamata.
