- Over the Edge is also the name of a movie, released in 1979 and starring Matt Dillon.
- Over the Edge is also the name of a radio program.
- Over the Edge is the name of an album by the punk-rock band The Wipers.
- Over the Edge is the name of the Student Newspaper at the University of Northern British Columbia, established in 1994.
