Ozma
Ozma has several meanings:
- Ozma is the name invented by L. Frank Baum for Princess Ozma, ruler of his fictional land of Oz, and later given to his own granddaughter. The name has permeated popular culture and been used for several different things.
- Ozma was a rock band from Pasadena, California; their sound has been compared to Weezer.
- Project Ozma in the 1960s was a pioneering SETI experiment led by Frank Drake.
- Ozma is the name of a 1989 album by the Melvins.
- Ozma is also the name of a superboss in the game Final Fantasy IX.
