Patrick Mayhew
Patrick Mayhew, Baron Mayhew of Twysden, PC, is a British barrister, and politician for the Conservative Party.
He was Secretary of State for Northern Ireland from 1992 to 1997, the longest anyone has served in this office. He was MP for Tunbridge Wells, but stood down at the 1997 election. He was succeeded as Tunbridge Wells MP by Archie Norman. He also served as Attorney General for England and Wales from 1987 to 1992 as Sir Patrick Mayhew.
