Paul Miki
Paul Miki is a saint of the Roman Catholic Church. He was born in Japan in 1564 or 1565. He joined the Society of Jesus and preached the gospel with great fruit to the peoples of Japan. In a major persecution of Christians, he was crucified together with twenty other Catholics in the city of Nagasaki on February 5, 1597.
