Pausha
Pausha (Hindi: पूस puus or पौष pauṣ) is a month of the Hindu calendar, also know as Poush or Pushya. In India's national civil calendar, Pausha is the tenth month of the year, beginning on 22 December and ending on 20 January.
In lunar religious calendars, Pausha may begin on either the new moon or the full moon around the same time of year, and is usually the tenth month of the year.
In solar religious calendars, Pausha begins with the Sun's entry into Sagittarius, and is usually the ninth month of the year.
