Petuntse
Petuntse (from 白墩子 in pinyin: bai2 dun1 zi0), also spelled petunse, also known as china stone, is a granite-derived feldspar. It is one of the two ingredients used in making china (the other ingredient being kaolin).
In Chinese, baidunzi means "little white bricks". Refers to any type of clay (including kaolin) that has been shaped into bricks so that it can be transported more easily from excavation sites to porcelain workshops.
