Phoenecia

Phoenecia is an IDM duo from Miami, Florida comprised of Romulo del Castillo and Joshua Kay.

They began in 1995 as an electro group known as Soul Oddity and released one album, "Tone Capsule" on Astralwerks. In 1996 they changed their name and became more experimental while at the same time forming Schematic Records.

Phoenecia released their first full length lp entitled "Brownout" in 2001 and have been on most of Schematic's compilations as well.
