Pierre Turgeon
Pierre Turgeon (b. August 28, 1969 in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, Canada) is a Canadian professional hockey player who plays for the National Hockey League's Dallas Stars. He was drafted First Overall by the Buffalo Sabres in the 1987 NHL Entry Draft .
As a NY Islander, Turgeon was awarded the Lady Byng Memorial Trophy in the 1992-1993 season. That same season, in a playoff series vs. Washington, Turgeon was viciously hit from his blind spot by Dale Hunter, effectively ending both players' playoffs. Turgeon has never played in a Stanley Cup Final.
