Possession Point
Possession Point is a pointed point in Hong Kong, located on the original coastline of Hong Kong Island before land reclamation.
It is the location where the British navy landed on Hong Kong Island, before the signing of the Nanking Treaty. The Point has now disappeared from the coastline, but a street named "Posession Street" and the sudden turn of Queen's Road West reveals its original location. In maps in 1980s and before, Hollywood Road Park is marked "Possession Point" although it no longer locates at the coast.
